A couple of days ago. I got to talk with an State investigator for the Dept of Fair Employment and Housing for Northern California. "Gwen Richardson". The date was 1-24-05. I called her and she promptly returned my call. The case# for my complaint is 09-05-0305-8.

I was glad to talk to her cause I had alot of questions , she had some questions for me. She wanted to know more about my complaint, like in specific persons and dates, which was hard to produce cause I didn't have much specific information. I did write alot of letters to people working at this Housing company and to the Housing authority, and I got copies of most of those letters but , in those letters I don't talk about sexual harassment. I know of few witnesses to any specific events. I work, so I'm not in the building 24 hours a day, so I don't know exactly what goes on here when I'm away. I can't even say that this guy I'm complaining about has actually molested me!. I might say its physical harassment if he bangs of the floor every morning ( he doesn't do that any more) , but its mostly a kind of verbal abuse, I can hear him talk in his room..Or talking at me ( there only two rooms next to him, mine and someone else's). Stuff like, "I won him !", "Then he'll ho"., "I need a Ho", "why aren't you ho-ing", "put em' in jail!", I need to shoot him" ectcera, etera , but how can I prove he's saying this and I can hear him without sounding nutty in a court of law?

The only thing I have to go on is a bit of a paper trail and a bit of law. Apparently it is against state law , in cases of housing discrimination and sexual harassment if a housing company knows a employee or tenant is being discriminated against and does nothing about it, then there liable, as if they did the crime themselves.
The law goes something like that, but I have to prove that Oakland Community Housing management knew that this guy in Rm#711 was sexually harassing me, and then how do you define sexual harassment?

I believe they knew , I made it known to them that I was having problems...at its peak I was thrown in jail for confronting that guy with a baseball bat, surely they knew about that . They did nothing.

I need to explain ( to anybody out there reading this) how I got to point A to point C. I 've obtained a bit of help here, in a novel fashion, I'd like to explain how I got it. Help is only a scant city block away.
