There ought to be a law!

Lynda Unger, left, supports the war; Cindy Sheehan doesn't.

Americans are being polarized by the Debate. Should we pull are troops out, or should we leave them in Iraq and support them. One can feel a bit for Cindy Sheehan, but her complaint is lost in the voices of family members who have there loved ones fighting in Iraq who want to support the President and his war. I was really a bit disturbed a while back when George Bush was sort of doing media spots trying to gain support for his war in Iraq. I saw a picture of him embracing a mother of four G.I's who where fighting in Iraq. Like somehow Mrs. Sheehan was unpatroitic and an ingrate for complaining about the President and his War in Iraq, and the lady with with four kids in Iraq were real winners.... We all lose.

I think there is something fundamentally wrong at a media machine and the debate in this country when we can dismiss the ...Angst? of a women like Cindy Sheehan at the lost of her son in George bush's War in Iraq. I've think we Americans.. are essentially being snookered by our leaders and representatives in America, or at least some people believe this, some do not. ...So let me suggest this to the people who believe we should be in Iraq.

I suggest there ought to be a law. There ought to be a law that Representatives, employees and leaders like the President himself, should have there eligible age folks in there immediate families conscripted in any type of conflict or war that is approved by these representatives and our leaders. In other words , the next time there is a conflict we have to fight , start sending some of these kids of our elected representives and the president himself over there to join with the other G.I's. I'll bet we'd end up fighting alot less wars this way (not that I'm against war), and at least Americans might have the confidence there loved ones are fighting wars that there leaders/representatives can fully support and back, cause THEIR loved ones are over there fighting too.

I hate to slam Bush about this but he can ignore Cindy Sheehan, go out and embrace a mother of four who has her kids fighting in Iraq, but one things for sure, George Bush's, or Senator Joe Biden's kids aren't over there fighting in Iraq! How would Bushs or these other Representatives feel if maybe it was there kid/s who got killed fighting in any kind of conflict that they support?
