So here I go again.

I tried writing this stuff before, explained alot of it earlier in this blog. It's the reason I wrote this blog in the first place. I was in fear of my life, and I thought if I had a written record of events since the occurrence of this mishap which started at the Oaks Hotel in Oakland, California at least someone investigating my demise, or someone who cares might have a record of events which would point to possible perpetrators.No very many people read this blog.

It's supposed to be the story of what happens while renting a room, in a residential hotel, in my home state of California, in Oakland. I ended up staying at one of these hotel, trying to make a start in life in my late thirties. I was employed, I don't do illicit drugs, initially I had no dealings with the criminal justice system until I moved into the Oaks, but by the time I left the oaks I was in fear for my job, life and loved ones.

The word on the streets and in the Hotel that I was supposed to have sex with some white man in a room above me (Rm 711)...I was supposed to engage this man in sex ( I was supposed to perform oral sex on this guy, or possibly Anal sex on me!, after leaving the hotel they now changed their demands ,I'm supposed to fuck him now).
After a time and intimidation by tenants of the Hotel and malfeasance of management there, I ended up filing a complaint of sexual harassment against the Hotel ,(my main allegation was that the management had foreknowledge of this kind of harassment and did nothing, which is illegal according to California law), with the California Department of Fair employment and Housing. After running a protest and canvassing people outside the Hotel, City hall, Federal building and State Bldg. I got the attention of some people in the State Dept who took on my case. The main purpose of my protest was to get publicity concerning my plight perhaps I should have continued my protest , but when the State stepped in, it was more than I could have asked or so I thought....Continued later?
