American Secretary of State, Condoleeza Rice. Love her or hate her, she a very intertesting woman, and it is Black History Month.
I can understand why some people would like her to be a Presidential candidate, particularily how she cut the budget working as provost at Stanford University in California. But I afraid some of the negative aspect in this current Bush Administration is partly due to the present of Ms.Rice. As President things might be even darker.
Although Ms. Rice was quoted as saying that she wasn't for the military invention into Iraq, she wanted to stay with the sanctions.
