The Queen of "Kush"?

Here is Carmella, sitting in the ruins of "Mero-way" the remains of an ancient civilizastion in Sudan. I remember it was a special 2 hour trip outside of Khartoum to get there..and a different view of the night sky.

Here we are near the Kenana sugar Plant, with a girl who was a guide on some of our journeys. I didn't know her name, nor do I no of her whereabout today. The two white girls were from our group, Leslie (near center), and Susan (off right).
