Second letter.

This is a letter I sent to the management at the Oaks, complaining about probelms I had there AFTER I signed a agreement with the Oaks to move me to a new room 9 with the help of the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.). The room was satisfactory the neighbors weren't. At this time there was a change of property managers, the new one was decent but I wasn't going to stay around long to find out.

Dear Property manager,
I am writing this letter because I have a number of complaints since I moved in Rm. 513. I am occasionally being harassed my the tenant in Rm 514. He disturbs my sleep, talks very loud either in his room or outside the hallway with guest he sometimes have at odd hours of the morning. He makes lewd remarks reminding about the tenant in Rm. 711. But this isn’t has bad has the other upsets I had since I’ve been in this new room, While some of your clerks have been helpful in dealing with some of the noisy neighbors around here. People have been coming around from outside the Hotel, or some of the tenants ( like Rm.514) have been making comments making indirect remarks about engaging the fellow in 711 in some kind of way, making statements like “Play with him”, “Punk him”. I believe these people might be residents of housing nearby, and or are related to Drug activity going in or about the Hotel. As well as I am being harassed by other tenants in this building.
These people come by the courtyard here in the earlier morning, making threats or with inappropriate comments . They are harassing me causing me to fear for my life, and to fear for the well-being of some of my relatives who live nearby. This is becoming intolerable. As you know the whole purpose of filing my complaint with the California Department of Fair Housing and Employment, was to stop what I thought was sexual harassment coming from the tenant in Room.711, and indirectly or directly supported by the Hotel, but I still feel as if I’m being browbeated to engage this fellow in 711, by people outside the hotel, and inside the Hotel.

I previously filed a complaint with the California Department of Fair employment and Housing. An Conciliation Agreement was signed, I believe the state can still re-open my old complaint against you if they feel you have not acted in good faith, regarding my complaint about sexual harassment. If the abuse continues I will consider either stating a new complaint with the appropriate authorities, or reopening an old one., and/or will picket outside the hotel, and other public places demonstrating that I am still being sexual harassed, because of this Hotel and their failure to enforce laws of the state , regarding public housing.
