Remember this guy? His name was Pat Tillman, he was a professional Football player, and part of the military presence for the U.S in Iraq. He was killed in a "friendly fire" incident in Iraq. So who cares right?
Tillman may have had it all, good looks, a professional career, fighting for his country. The guy had "Starpower" why fight in Iraq?
Turns out, the Army may have wanted to use Tillman as part of there recruitment strategy in Iraq. What wouldn't have more drawing power than having Tillman, tell people to join the Army , come to Iraq have a great time?
Only Tillman didn't want to go along with it. Not only was he was becoming disillusioned about his tour of duty in Iraq. What could be worse for recruitment , than having someone like Tillman, telling the world that his tour of Iraq sucks, that the Military presence in Iraq sucks? Fortunate for the Army, and for George W. Bushs War that Tillman was killed, in an Accident.....
