Well actually yesterday, Friday, I saw this girl standing outside selling memberships to some organization. She got my attention so I decided to listen to her a bit. She was talking about Global warmimg, and saving the rain forest, Well I don't believe much in the Global Warming scare. I was more impressed with this young girl really concerned about the environment, she was a cute girl, and I thought "why not try to help her", though my little money their are going to deduce from my check probably isn't going to matter a whit, and I can ill afford it!
The organization she was selling memberships for was for "GreenPeace". Their pretty good for standing up for Mother Nature and the planet. So I signed up. The girl smiled alittle and gave me a card with a picture of a Polar bear on it...I remember hearing that polar bears might be in danger because the alot of the Artic ice is melting..and they are losing there habitat. I felt sort of good that I was able to help out for something.
